Welcome to XPurse ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the XPurse platform, including our web dashboard, Telegram bot, mobile interfaces, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

To use XPurse, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. XPurse reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

XPurse provides multi-currency digital wallets, virtual payment card issuance, cryptocurrency exchange and storage, peer-to-peer transfers, bill payments, airtime top-ups, and gift card services. All Services are provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at our discretion with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime resulting from maintenance, network issues, or force majeure events.

XPurse charges fees for certain transactions, including but not limited to virtual card creation, currency conversion, cryptocurrency trades, and cross-border transfers. All applicable fees are displayed before you confirm a transaction. Fee schedules may be updated periodically; continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance. Refunds for fees are provided only where required by applicable law.

In compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) regulations, XPurse requires identity verification (KYC) for certain account features and transaction thresholds. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification and proof of address when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restricted access to Services.

You agree not to use XPurse for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited activities include: money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, tax evasion, transactions involving sanctioned jurisdictions or individuals, unauthorized access to other accounts, reverse engineering of our platform, automated data scraping, and any activity that violates applicable local or international laws. Violations may result in immediate account termination.

Cryptocurrency assets are highly volatile and speculative in nature. Their value can decrease substantially or go to zero. XPurse does not provide investment advice, and nothing on our platform constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any digital asset. You acknowledge that you trade and hold cryptocurrencies at your own risk and that past performance is not indicative of future results.

All content, logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials on the XPurse platform are the exclusive intellectual property of XPurse or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XPurse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid to XPurse in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer in your jurisdiction.

XPurse reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services and may request account closure.
